Is OquMail really free?

Yes. Every workspace includes up to 15 mailboxes, 3 domains and 5 GB of storage per mailbox at no cost — enough for most small businesses to run all of their email. You only need a domain you already own.

Do I need to move my domain or change nameservers?

No. Your domain stays exactly where it is. You only add a few DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) at your current DNS provider, and OquMail guides you through each one with copy-paste values.

Will my email land in spam?

OquMail configures SPF, DKIM signing and DMARC for every verified domain — the authentication standards inbox providers require. Deliverability also depends on sending reputation, which builds as you send legitimate mail.

Can I migrate email from Google Workspace or another host?

Yes. Create matching mailboxes at your domain in OquMail, then copy your old mail over IMAP — add both the old account and the new OquMail mailbox to a client such as Thunderbird or Outlook and move folders across — before switching your MX records.

Can I take my email with me if I leave?

Yes. Your domain stays at your registrar and every mailbox is standard IMAP, so you can copy all your mail to another provider with Thunderbird, Outlook or Apple Mail, then point your MX records elsewhere. No export fees, no lock-in.
